Product Use
The water meter is used to measure the total amount of drinking water flowing through the white water pipe. It is only applicable to clean water in one direction.
Product Overview
The rotary water meter and the shell reflux chamber design greatly reduce the pressure loss, and the built-in high strength filter can effectively prevent the debris in the pipeline from damaging the water meter and reduce the failure rate of the water meter.
The detachable horizontal screw water meter has the same characteristics as the horizontal screw water meter, and the mechanism and impeller are designed to be detachable. When replacing the water meter mechanism, there is no need to remove the water meter from the pipeline. The vacuum counter can prevent freezing and maintain the reading gradually for a long time.

Structural Characteristics And Working Principle

After the water flows into the water meter, it enters the measuring mechanism through the lower inlet holes of the impeller housing, driving the rotation of the impeller. The water then exits through the upper outlet holes of the impeller housing. The speed of the impeller is directly proportional to the flow rate of the water. The rotation of the impeller is transmitted via a reduction gear to the indicator mechanism, which records the total amount of water that has passed through the meter. The counter of this water meter is immersed in the measured water, making it known as a rotary-wing wet-type water meter. The basic unit of measurement for this water meter is M³.
