Shandong Chengze Instrument Co., Ltd. is a water meter manufacturer in Linyi, Shandong Province - one of China's main clusters for metering instruments. The company runs R&D, production and sales from a single 8,000㎡ site in the Liguan Town industrial park, staffed by 60 people including 13 R&D engineers and 9 after-sales specialists, with annual output around 2 million water meters.
We started as Linyi Chengze Instrument Factory and grew into the registered company we are today by doing one thing without shortcuts: building meters that hold their accuracy in the field. Every meter we ship - mechanical, stainless steel, prepaid IC card, wired or IoT - is calibrated on our own test benches before packing. That in-house control is why trading companies sell our meters under their own brands, and why utilities re-order year after year.
We manufacture five product lines, all in-house:
- Mechanical water meters - wet dial, liquid-sealed and dry type rotary vane meters, plus Woltman propeller meters for large diameters - Stainless steel water meters - 304 / 316L bodies for drinking water and corrosive applications - Smart IC card prepaid meters - card-swipe and Bluetooth top-up models with valve control - Wired remote reading meters - RS485 and M-Bus with photoelectric direct-reading registers - IoT wireless meters - NB-IoT connected meters for city-scale reading and billing platforms OEM and ODM orders are welcome: dials, threads, communication protocols and packaging can all be built to your specification.

Production Equipment
Quality runs on two systems: ISO 9001 for the production process, ISO 14001 for environmental management. On the floor you will find more than 100 sets of production and calibration equipment - machining, assembly, and the test benches where every meter is verified before packing. Certificates are available on request and travel with your shipment when the destination market requires them.
Linyi is two hours from Qingdao port by high-speed rail, and we welcome factory visits - walk the workshop, watch a calibration run, and inspect your own order in production. If you cannot travel, we run live video factory tours on WhatsApp at a time that suits your timezone.
